Delivery:

Production is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Although we do not anticipate a delay in any order, we cannot guarantee the shipping date because occasionally we run into unexpected delays in manufacturing.

Shipping:

Acrylicore’s merchandise is shipped through common carrier and all boxes must be received together on a wooden palette. If you receive loose boxes, you should note on the delivery receipt “ possible counseled damage, subject to inspection”. You should also notify Acrylicore’s headquarter about such incident or any damage occurred during the shipment within 48 hours. Acrylicore is not responsible for any damage or claims reported after 48 hours.
